The vineyard

The vineyard of Domaine Terre de Mistral extends over sixty hectares in several plots. The farthest from the winery are located on the slopes of the Sainte Victoire mountain. They carry the Grenache, Syrah, Rolle, Cinsault and Carignan grape varieties, which produce our wines in “AOP Côtes de Provence” and “AOP Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire”.The plots surrounding the wine estate consist of draining soils, favorable to the cultivation of vines. Being in the plain, they produce our wines in “IGP Mediterranean”. To broaden the aromatic range of our wines, we have planted in these places the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Muscat Petits Grains, Sangiovese, Viognier, Colombard, Marselan, Floreal and Caladoc. After months of work and with the help of the legendary sun of Provence, Mistral obliges, we drive these beautiful grapes to our winery...

The cellar

Since its creation, our winery has been the subject of regular technical developments to make it a cutting-edge tool in development of “Rosés de Provence”. The modernity of the installations of our winery and the advanced methods used, respectful of the environment, allow our wines to fully reveal the richness of our land and these so unique flavors of Provence. Our specialization in the production of rosé wines from Provence does not make us abandon the creation of red wines and white wines!

In our underground cellar, we age our wines for aging in 200 or 400L barrels and we leave time for aging to reach optimal taste qualities. Thus, after months of attention and delicate care, the marriage of our tanks gives birth to our cuvees! Our Provence wines, regularly rewarded at competitions, are a fireworks display of aromas and flavors.
